A short video

Making that first Youtube-Video was so much fun, that I decided to record more footage in the future. In Sweden I tried that, and even though I forgot to record something many times, I got enough footage to make this little film. Tell me what you think about it if you like! 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSiL0YcABjU

Classical holiday thing to do? Getting sick within the first week. Both yesterday and today I have been down with a cold, drinking lots of tea and water and resting on the couch and in bed. Not at all the holiday activities I have been looking forward to, but oh well, the body needs what it needs.
Today was our first day off work and it felt so good to not be restricted to a specific sleep schedule and spend the day just doing one thing after another.
The magical nights of June have passed for this year, but July so far isn't any less magical.
June always brings such magic with it. It is the month that brings most change and most life and energy. Within just a few weeks, everything around me turned from brown to a lush green and I love the energy that I am feeling most of the time now.
There are so many Lily of the valley in our surroundings, it makes the whole valley we live in feel all the more idyllic.
It's been a while since my last post and what can I say? It has been extremely busy lately. My weekend consisted of garden work and magical evenings in the foggy midnight light of June, taking photos and feeding mosquitoes before falling into bed way too late.
Weather has been moody lately and I have loved it so much. Rain and water is what makes the land fertile and I was so thankful to not have to manually water all of the plants every day anymore. The greens keep exploding everywhere and every spare second without rain is spent in the garden, every minute with bad weather spent inside either trying to create some quality time with Tord or each of us busy on our countless projects as well as household chores.
Spring came so quickly this year that I have a hard time enjoying all of what's going on. It's so exciting to see everything come back to life so quickly after having been dormant for so long this winter. I just want to jump and run around, touch and smell every flower and every freshly grown leaf on the trees and bushes and enjoy how vivid all the colors have become.
I took these photos not even a month from now. Back then, the ground was still frozen solid and snow was left in many places with the first parts of the ground only just emerging.
